LTI 1.3 Grade Passback with Blackboard ULTRA

Does anyone currently use LTI 1.3 and have it integrated with Blackboard Ultra, and is able to use Grade Passback?  We've been able to setup LTI 1.3 with our instance of Blackboard Ultra but when a grade is submitted from WebWork 2.20 to Blackboard, we are getting:

WeBWorK::Authen::LTIAdvantage::SubmitGrade::warning: Preparing to submit grade to LMS for user susanq and set MAP1.
WeBWorK::Authen::LTIAdvantage::SubmitGrade::warning: Using current access token from database.
WeBWorK::Authen::LTIAdvantage::SubmitGrade::warning: Found data required for submitting grades to LMS.
WeBWorK::Authen::LTIAdvantage::SubmitGrade::warning: Failed to send grade:
{"status":401,"message":"API request is not authenticated."}

Any help would be appreciated.

One thing that you might check is the WeBWorK server time versus the LMS server time.  If those are badly out of sync, it can cause issues.

Another possibility is that some API integration setup may be needed for this to work with Blackboard as we discussed.  I am not sure how that would need to be set up though, since I am not familiar with Blackboard and its settings.  If you want to meet again, I have some debugging ideas that might help here, although no promises on that.

As far as we know, you are the first to try this with Blackboard.

I figured I'd put it out there just in case there was someone who may have successfully got it to work.  We tried the settings in the PROD environment and got the same results.
